A Message from Dr. Bisconti
Education is important but there are things that are far more important. Number one is integrity. Integrity is worth a million times more than education. Second, there is a difference between what you learn in school and what you learn in life. School gives you data, information, and technical skill. Life gives you common sense, judgment and wisdom. The difference between what school gives you and what life gives you is that the lessons of school fill your mind while the lessons of life transform your psyche. School gives you knowledge. Life gives you…power! And, if you live your life under the leadership of God, life gives you…great power!
Early Years
Precollege Years
Dr. Bisconti received spiritual instruction and guidance during his childhood years from Pastor Gus Graziano of the Brynford Bible Church, which is located in Chicago, Illinois. While in high school, Dr. Bisconti was a leader in the Youth for Christ movement. (Evangelist Dr. Billy Graham was the movement’s first full-time staff member.) Dr. Bisconti was a member of the Honor Society and ranked number one in his high school graduating class of 650. In 1967, his scores on his SAT test earned him an Illinois State Scholarship. During his last two years of high school and during summer breaks while in college, Dr. Bisconti was mentored by a brilliant man of God, Pastor Kirby Kinman, pastor of the North Avenue Baptist Church, which is located in Northlake, Illinois. In the summer before the beginning of his formal college training, Dr. Bisconti attended Moody Bible Institute and Northwestern University.
College Years
In 1971, Dr. Bisconti received his bachelor degree in education from Midwestern Baptist College in the state of Michigan, having attended four years and having actually fulfilled all of his baccalaureate requirements in three years. Dr. Bisconti simultaneously received his bachelor degree in ministerial studies and was formally ordained a minister of the Gospel by his pastor, Dr. Tom Malone, Sr., the founder of Midwestern Baptist College. Several pastors affiliated with Midwestern Baptist College were in attendance. The ordination ceremony was conducted at the Emmanuel Baptist Church of Pontiac, Michigan. Dr. Bisconti’s training encompassed biblical studies, theology, psychology, education, church building, school building (encompassing the building of elementary, secondary, and postsecondary [college and university-level] institutions), and other studies. During his college years, Dr. Bisconti pastored the North Avenue Baptist Church of Northlake, Illinois and served as Camp Director for the Shiloh Bible Camp.
Initial Postgraduate Work
Later in 1971, Dr. Bisconti attended Providence Christian Seminary in the state of Florida. There he did postgraduate work in pastoral counseling, pastoral psychology, and pastoral psychiatry, as well as advanced studies in ancient Greek and ancient Hebrew. Simultaneously, at Providence Christian College, he served as an educational consultant and a professor of English and, at Providence Christian High School, as a freshmen algebra teacher and, at Providence Christian Elementary School, as a 7th and 8th grade mathematics teacher. In 1972, at Oakland Christian Schools in Michigan, Dr. Bisconti served as an educational consultant and a 7th and 8th grade mathematics teacher, a high school freshmen algebra teacher, and a high school sophomore geometry teacher.
History of Educational Authorities
AMFEDEA (aka AFEA), IAAC, NCOA, FRACHE, COPA, CORPA, and CHEA
In 1972, AMFEDEA, the American Foundation for Educational Advancement, founded the IAAC (International Accreditation Associations Colloquium). The IAAC was responsible for the commissioning of accreditation associations in the United States and abroad. The IAAC was recognized by the NCOA (National Commission on Accreditation) and FRACHE (Federation of Regional Accrediting Commission of Higher Education). In 1975, both the NCOA and FRACHE transferred the charter of the IAAC to COPA (Council on Postsecondary Accreditation), which was previously created through the merger of the NCOA and FRACHE. In 1994, COPA was replaced with CORPA (Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation). CORPA was dissolved in April 1997 after the creation of CHEA (Council on Higher Education Accreditation). Information about CHEA may be found on the agency’s website at: http://www.chea.org/. We are not familiar with the current track record of CHEA.
IAAC, ACAA and HLC
In 1973, AMFEDEA founded the ACAA (American Colleges Accreditation Association). The ACAA was commissioned by the IAAC on July 1, 1973. Later that year, the IAAC obtained charter approval for the ACAA from the HLC (Higher Learning Commission) of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. You can visit their site at: http://www.ncahlc.org/. We are not familiar with the current track record of the HLC.
Military Service & Naval Intelligence
Dr. Bisconti comes from a family with a proud history of military service. In 1973, Dr. Bisconti volunteered for military service in the Navy and was assigned to Naval Intelligence. His involvement with Naval Intelligence was preempted by family considerations.
The Collegiate Institutes – Formal & Previously De Facto, Now Formal
ACAA and The Collegiate Institutes (Formal & Previously De Facto, Now Formal, Entities)
In 1973, AMFEDEA established a number of collegiate institutes (formal and previously defacto, now formal, entities). Their curriculums surpassed the corresponding curriculums at Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Princeton, and Yale. The collegiate institutes received informal recognition from each of these universities. Six of the several collegiate institutes that AMFEDEA established are the MicroTech Institute (formal entity)†, the Pneumiatry Institute (formal entity)†, the Chicago Linguistics Institute (previously defacto, now formal, entity)†, the Chicago Theoretical Physics Institute (previously defacto, now formal, entity)†, the Chicago Business Institute (previously defacto, now formal, entity)†, and the Chicago Constitutional Law Institute (previously defacto, now formal, entity)†. These institutions received accreditation from the ACAA in their first year of operation. Since 2000, the websites for these institutions have been partially or completely and gradually deactivated as a part of AMFEDEA’s process of consolidating the resources of these institutions into Chicago Christian University (formal entity).

Previously De Facto, Now Formal, Advanced Degrees
The previously defacto, now formal, advanced degrees were the by-products of efforts to solve some serious problems that others were not solving; these degrees were never pursued as ends in themselves. A previously defacto, now formal, advanced degree is identical to a formal advanced degree except that it’s associated dissertation has been peer-reviewed by the general public, including a huge number of teachers and other educators. Regardless of whether recognized by educators or not, each dissertation has yielded actual, practical benefits in its associated field of study and to society in general. Some believe that Dr. Bisconti’s advanced degree dissertations, formal and previously defacto, now formal, have been peer-reviewed by more experts, as well as by more people in general, than any other person in history. Dr. Bisconti’s dissertations have also been presented as scientific treatises, which have been accepted by the appropriate academic and professional communities as well as by the public in general. As far as personal recognition is concerned and as long as he can contribute to the betterment of humanity in every possible way, Dr. Bisconti is content that people simply know about his formal doctorates (see above and below).
